We have a "Easy" return/exchange policy!
Shohrey® will happily accept Exchange/Returns requests due to reasons including size issue, faulty product(Which we make sure does not happen) or even change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Our first preference will be to resolve the issue by any means possible but if that does not happen, we will be more than happy to offer you a store credit for future purchase.
Return/Exchange shipping will be paid at the customers expense and store credit will be provided after deduction of the actual initial courier charges.
Note: Only full price items qualify for a return/exchange. Sale items only qualify for size exchange depending on availability.
