By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms
below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon
this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Return/Exchange Policy

We have a "Easy" return/exchange policy!

Shohrey® will happily accept Exchange/Returns requests due to reasons including size issue, faulty product(Which we make sure does not happen) or even change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. 

Our first preference will be to resolve the issue by any means possible but if that does not happen, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund. 

Return/Exchange shipping will be paid at the customers expense and amount will be refunded after deduction of the actual initial courier charges. 

Note: Only full price items qualify for a return/refund. Sale items only qualify for size exchange depending on availability. 

To avoid any inconvenience, there is a try before buy service for Rs.500/Shoe which is to be transferred in advance This amount is subtracted from the total order price. In case the order is accepted after trying the total bill will be the same. In case the order is not accepted after trying, this amount will serve as a service charge. It is very convenient and affordable in comparison to the cost and hassle of sending us the parcel back.
